This manicure is perfect for adding a different spin on a normal French manicure, and also acts as a great cover up when the tips of your nail varnish start to chip…… Shhhhhhh! No one will ever know!
No one is more proud of Le Tour de France being on home soil than me. As a Yorkshire lass it has made me proud to see all the fans come out to cheer the cyclists along, and how beautiful does our scenery look?
We would also like to wish Mark Cavendish a speedy recovery.
DAY 2……Good luck to all the competitors!
Get ready for the summer with this easy nail art neon creation!! Using a dotting tool, simply place the dots as far apart as you wish. You can also pick the size of the dotting tool which will determine the size of the dots.
This is one style that I’ve always wanted to try but thought it looked too hard! Well, it takes a few cups of water and a few sprays of hairspray but once you’ve got the temperature correct (luke warm!), this is such an easy and very effective style to perfect. I also quite like the imperfection and difference each nail creates!!
Can’t wait to try this will other colours and base coats!
Here at Gnome Nails we love a strong nail varnish colour; whilst out shopping I couldn’t resist purchasing a bottle of Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Varnish 23 In the Navy
The nail varnish goes on easily thanks to the shape of the brush; apply 2 coats and you’re away!!
Marianna, a friend of mine has sadly lost a close friend to a very rare type of blood cancer; along with our friend Ruth she is putting all her strength and energy into a run at Sutton Park in Birmingham on 10 May 2014 in memory of the extraordinary lady, Senka Topaka.

Well nail lovers, spring is around the corner and the days are getting warmer and warmer. To celebrate this weather change (we have to take what we can in the UK!), here at Gnome Nails we have added a floral design on our accent nail.
Don’t forge to share your spring designs.
